Who is Fleming Properties?

The staff at Fleming Properties is the Community Manager of The Meadows at Timberhill. Fleming Properties also manages several other communities around the Corvallis-Albany area.

What does Fleming Properties do?

Fleming Properties are the "office managers" for The Meadows at Timberhill. They send monthly statements, collect assessments, take appropriate collection action on delinquent accounts, monitor MTH's budget, and pay the HOA's bills.

Fleming Properties also carefully monitors the condition of the community, ensuring that landscapers and other contractors are performing their duties correctly, and identifying and scheduling any required needed maintenance such as roof moss removal, bark dust erosion, faded paint, and the like.

Fleming Properties also acts as the Board's day-to-day "eyes and ears", notifying owners or residents of any non-compliance with the HOA's CC&Rs or other problems that might need their attention. He also collects Architectural Review Committee requests from owners and routes them to the Board for approval.
